Building Bridges to Higher Education
The Southwestern Education & Leadership Training Foundation was established to promote and encourage the completion of higher educational pursuits by rewarding the most outstanding student-scholars in the Southwestern Province.
Our selection process employs an equitable approach to reviewing each application, providing maximum opportunity to all students who apply — regardless of racial or ethnic background — identifying rising leaders whose achievements reflect the character necessary to complete their degree programs.
